    What can I do to increase my energy all day long?

    I never have any energy or alot of motivation, Which causes severe mood swings and irratability!! I was also diagnosed Bipolar with Personality Disorders..

    Exercise and walking. Keeping your mind active by doing a hobby you enjoy. Get out into the sun! Rosie O'Donnell suffers from Bipolar disorder and this is what she recommends.
    Exercise and tring to keep a positive attitude which can sometimes be hard, but it helps.
    Excercise is good for building endurance, and walking has a calming effect and is also good. A well-balanced diet often helps also. If you are prescribed medication to stabilize the bi-polar disorder, realizing that many medications often leave a person feeling lethargic and drained, is a point where you can start from in developing a routine for yourself. Lightly starting a regular regimen of excercise and walking is often good for your mind as well.
