Go onto your album, double click on the picture you want to remove, when it goes to full size, look at the bottom left and see, "delete this photo". You can remove any information you add to facebook. If it's on your page, just hold your cursor over the post and you'll see a small blue X appear on the right. Click the X and that will remove what you've posted to your profile face. I'm not sure what else you need to remove.
