Start button, control panel, programs, uninstall programs, find oryte in the list and click uninstall.

oryte does not come up
It seems a lot of people have had trouble with it. Apparently it hides under other names and is a plug in. You should always check information and history on anything on the web before you add it to your computer. See here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/751764
