What can be done in terms of real progress effected by new policies, best practices, or total elimination of current positions.

Any system that becomes complex in excess to its function is on a course that leads to failure.

The Greek economic system failed into an austere economic system and is now being restructured into a workable system. Their example is how every system that is too complex must be effectively economized referentially. In this way our heritage is not lost in a maze of confusion and compounding complexity but reasonably reconstructed to preserve the best, most desirable parts and disposing of the redundancy and waste within the system.

Opuseater you are acting like a total loser. Give it up, every time you give me a Thumbs Down you are also loosing points. Grow up. I have a right to disagree with you. I have a right to not believe the same things that you do.
