      Contact the company who issued the card. see if there's a number on the back.

        To replenish it or make a payment?
        The only account I know of that permits you to deposit money INTO IT is PayPal.

          They have laod-able credit cards now. Parents use them for kids in college. It's how they get money to their kids and can be used anywhere visa or master card is accepted.
