Special K is the best! Why go anywhere else? We even have a Special K club here :)

They make actual fiber cereal, it's got fiber in the name, just can't remember the exact name.

If you want fibre,buy some Physilium from your health food shop.It's cheap.Sprinkle a teaspoon over you Spec.K.It works for me.

The old standard----bran cereal. I don't like raisons, but you can get it without raisons

any brand of Granola. And the brand called '' Kashski Friends '' ---- it's a blend of multi-grains.
