      Depends which country, state your in. Here we have Online courses which are free and would get you a certificate of graduation. it's really good for people who didn't have the chance to get into Uni. SO which country are you from?

        You can study anything for free on line. Just Google it. This does not get you college points however. You need to pay for courses to get points.
