Get a larger monitor for your PC. If you have a laptop, buy a larger laptop. If you're talking about your page, click the tiny square (next to the X) in the upper right corner of your screen to make sure you're viewing full page. You can press F11 on your keyboard and this hides your toolbar/search bar so you only see the page on your screen and nothing else. Press F11 again to get your bars back.
