    what can be done to help a paranoid skitzophrenic parent?

    Nothing seems to help because of the paranoia. She can't stay in one place for more than 4-6 months because she is always being chased. No one has power of attourney and she will not stay on medication

      Assuming you are a child or other relative, you can go to an attorney and talk about this situation and perhaps get it rectified, but only a relative can do this.
