    Usually digital legal documents have EULA(End-User License Agreement,) Or other binding contract will most generally have an option at the bottom.. (Agree-Disagree) where they will place a checkbox for you yo verify your reading the document and are agreeing with is disclosure etc.. Once you click on this, it is a binding contract. However, these 'binding' contracts signed electronically can usually be overturned in a USA court of law.. People make mistakes with the mouse, signing with a pen in your handwriting will most generally always stand in court.
