    There is reason to believe that some tribes may have walked across the Arctic. Snow and Ice has not deterred the Laplanders.

    Then too the Aborigine peoples have Legends of long walk-abouts of floods and demons in their dream-time. I have always been impressed with the similarity of culture of the Navajo and Aboriginal peoples. It is clear they had a common origin.

    The Vikings.
    People came from what is now Russia, but some people say they started in Africa.

    I guess if they were the Vikings they would have come by boat.
