I would seek help from a service organization like Disabled American Veterans, don't go through the VA advisers because they work 4 the VA and really don't care. It is very tragic what Agent orange has done to our Vietnam soldiers. But the fact of the matter is that it has been 40 years and the government just wants to wash their hands of the whole problem. Good luck!
