I think the reality of the Illegal situation in the U.S. is much, much, higher than what the census or government is telling us. I'm sure it's at least triple the number they are giving us.

There is a political reason for the low number they are giving us, being that if it was closer to the real number Americans would be pissed. That would make the border fence and defending the border a huge issue.

You may have noticed Washington down playing all of the violence at the border states, the point is they don't want to address the real issue. Once they take on this issue, it will most likely loose them critical Hispanic votes.... thus this issue has been avoided, yet the politicians make it seem like they are working on it.

As most of us can see, nothing is getting better at the border.
