I'm not certain how this phenomenon works but I had an interesting
experience "dream learning". I dreamed about playing a drum set
and the next day I absolutely had to have one. A few weeks later
when I bought a set I played like an expert right away without
even having a lesson. 25 years on I still play drums(professionally).
My opinion on the subject is that you should definitely give it a
try. You may be guided toward driving for some reason; it could be a
passion you didn't know you had or a facet of your psyche begging
to be expressed.
