What is your best way to cook a brisket or BBQ, Do you slice against the grain or with grain for brisket.
I bought a small cookshack smoker,well worth the money. I slice against the grain. Use mesquite and cherry wood chips. Baby back ribs are great also. Looked at alot of smokers this was best for value. What your secrets to good bbq.
