      Yes. I don't believe it's a deterrent but there is a sense of justice when a loved one is brutally murdered. The method should be changed though. Strangled by hand with an extension cord is a more appropriate form of justice. Should be televised as well.

        I think it is, especially 4 serial killers. Also depending on the circumstances when U kill someone it might be as well.
