My mom has passed, but I sent my wife home to be with her mom. I called and wished them both a very happy day.

Haven't called her yet. 88 years old and NOT VERY HAPPY that I move 600 miles away to NC.
No, I didn't leave her alone (two sisters).
Had a flower arrangement sent to her. Set me back $90 but no big deal......ITS FOR MY DEAR SWEET MOMA.

Prepare? For my mother? Nothing. She gets a phone call from me. That's all she ever wants. She yells at me if I buy her anything, lol She lives a few states away so I can't make her a dinner or take her out or something. She's happy with a phone call.
