Scaling Up Art Team Mid-Production
Hey everyone, anyone else hit that wall mid-project where your 2D/3D art pipeline just cannot keep up? We locked a publisher deal six months in and suddenly needed character assets, environment props, and animation rigs delivered at AAA pace. Internal team was maxed. Where do studios actually find reliable outsource art partners who already understand Unreal pipelines and do not vanish after one milestone? Thanks in advance.
