Did you take this off a restaurant table?

When I was in the 6th grade, my teacher made us memorize them all and gave us a test on it. That was a trip !

This brings me around to another question.........for our international friends.........do they teach you anything about where the different U.S. states are when you're in grade school ?

I'm still waiting to hear whether Australian is a country or a continent .the only thing I know about it is..........what I saw in " Crocodile Dundee " :-\
    bulletman

Mycatmom, Australia is a one nation island also the smallest continent, crocodile was a lot of crock, if you came here you would think you were at home except we drive the opposite side of the road, and have fantastic sandy beaches and pure clean blue ocean. :)

Yes. We learn extensive history, politics, current affairs and geography of the United States. We also cover both world wars and learn about other countries around the globe. We start with Canada in grade two. By the time a child reaches grade six the world map has become high adventure. My son has one on his bedroom wall.
