Confirm the exam scope & weightings
Start with the official Salesforce exam guide. List the domains (CPQ setup, pricing, approvals, contracts, orders, renewals/amendments, etc.) and convert them into a checklist. Your study plan should follow the weighting so you spend more time where points are heavier.Build a clean concept map
Create a one-page “Revenue Cloud flow” from Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Contract → Renewal/Amendment. Under each stage, note what features and objects matter (Quote Line Editor behavior, Product/Price Books, discounting methods, approval rules, amendments, renewals).Study in focused sprints
Use 60–90 minute sessions per topic:
Sprint A: CPQ data model & product rules
Sprint B: pricing/discount schedules/bundles
Sprint C: approvals & advanced approvals basics
Sprint D: contracts, orders, renewals, amendments
After each sprint, write 10–15 “if X then Y” rules in your own words.
Practice hands-on (even lightly)
If you have access to a CPQ-enabled org, recreate scenarios: bundle configuration, price rules, discount schedules, and an approval chain. Hands-on work makes tricky question wording easier.Use practice tests as a key preparation tool
Take a timed Salesforce-Revenue-Cloud-Consultant practice test early to diagnose weak areas. Then cycle: test → review every explanation → fix notes → retest. Track mistakes by domain and aim for consistent scores (not one lucky high score). Treat wrong answers as your “study syllabus.”Final 3-day revision plan
Day 1: Re-read notes + redo wrong-question set.
Day 2: Two full timed practice tests + review.
Day 3: Light review only (concept map + key rules), sleep well, and go in fresh.
