    Should Creme Broule' be refrigerated after it cools to keep it from going bad?

    That should be spelled Creme Brulee' I believe.

      It depends how long you want to keep it. If you plan to eat it right after supper and you made it just before supper, then it's not as big of a worry (unless you're a slow eater). Creme brule is always better sorta warm in my opinion. Overnight though I wouldn't recommend
