Gained about 1 stone , too many treats , and not enough exercise. I am going to make an effort to go out cycling at weekends, when the better weather starts. The problem is, now I do a part time job working in a shop, I spend too much time sitting at a desk.

I stay about the same. I'll sometimes go up by 5 pounds, then back down.

I lost 10 kg last year,right now i am in France and eating all the sweet stuff,i will be back on the bike at the end of this month,5-2017,,and i will get below 95 kg again,,<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>..

Lost close to ten pounds and now gained 20 from that total. Must give up Colorado Bulldogs to even begin to get back to that ultra ok point…..

I hates to admit it but in the last 3 years I have gained about 30 pounds of weight ! Merrrrr !

I got shin splints... and hip bursitis which was impairing my ability to walk far... after being threatened with having to use a cane I said " Self ! Move it or lose it!" So I walk every day and have lost about maybe 5 pounds of unruly chub. eating breads again surely does nothing to help... and alla those cheap iced coffees... oh man. Stretches have been helping the bursa relief effort.

Now if you had asked about 16 years ago my answer would have resembled Clonge only I lost 205 pounds of dead-weight ex.  LOL

I lost 5 pounds two years ago, which made me look and feel better and made my clothes fit better. Recently I noticed when I weighed myself , I had gained 6 lbs  back.
