    I guess that I should have been more specific but I am so used to cooking gluten-free and dairy-free that it has become easy and automatic. Everything is from scratch. I appreciate the recipes from all of you. However, I cannot use bottles, packages, bags, that are (considered) convenient and/or easy to use except if it is, in fact, gluten-free and dairy-free. Again, thank you all.

    I think I will use a combination of your recipes and end up with a completely new recipe. If it gets published and I become a millionaire, I will share the money with all of you. Uh..or maybe I'll just have you over for wings! lol

    Melt one stick butter in one bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce,  set aside.  Fry the wings in oil  (canolla,  sunflower, peanut,  whatever) til done. Dip in hot sauce concoction and serve. If you like it hotter, use less butter......

    Duck meat was best meat I have ever tasted. Prepared by a chef at a girls college in Nevada , Missouri. I still remember the taste.

    combine a packet of onion soup mix, jar of orange marmalade, and bottle of Russian salad dressing. Pour over the wings and bake at 350 til done. You can probably do 5# or more.

    Garlic-Parmesan Wings


    I don't measure, but I will give you the ingredients  and instructions.


    1. Combine flour, cayenne pepper, a  small amount of onion powder, salt, and black pepper together, coat the wings and bake or fry. ( I prefer my wings fried).


    2. Mince fresh garlic  ( I use a few cloves of garlic because I like it) with butter and simmer on very low heat for 5 minutes so the garlic loses it crunchiness.


    3. Take the sauce off the heat and then add powdered parmesan cheese.


    4. Coat the wings with  the garlic-parmesan sauce. 


    5.  Sprinkle a generous amount of the powdered/dry parmesan cheese all over the wings. ( You may also  chop up  fresh parsley, basil, or your favorite herb and mix it with the parmesan coating.

    I'm very aware that you do not like chicken wings, babe. The reason you state for not liking chicken wings ( including the drummets) are because there is not enough meat. I agree with you that the wings I've seen in your hometown and probably surrounding areas are very small, but where I was raised, there is a lot of meat on a single wing.
