Limes, olive oil, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper... a few secret ingredients and two hours of time to prepare ... plus hand made pita chips with Asiago cheese.

Mushrooms as a main course?
I would probably do a play on French Mushroom soup with a hearty bread on the side. Or a play on a spinach salad with caralmalized onions, sautéed mushrooms and Rempell bacon. I would also bake fresh bread. With fresh cranberries..... perfection!!!!

Remove the stem. Bacon, sauteed garlic and onions, chopped stem, Panko, cream cheese combination to fill the cap. Bake in moderate temp til bubbly.

Do you sauté the garlic and onion before adding them to the stuffing?
(I know, I have a million questions).
A little parmesean cheese can be added

Today we link work with Popeye. We recently worked with Sesame Street. We work with Snoopy on a regular basis. And everytime we create something I always think to myself "Is it fun Is it something I would wear Is it link something that will make you link smile" You need to be able to look down and smile. And that's what I think character watches are they make you smile.
