We have bushels of pears from our 2 pear trees. In canning I ran out of Splenda. While shopping I noted that Truvia was a better price than Splenda, so bought it. Now, how do I use it for a lite, simple syrup to put in my jars of pears???? They will be processed in a boiling water bath for 35 minutes after adding the syrup to jars of pears.
