Oatmeal, cream of wheat, whole grain cereals, wheat germ, he just means eat stuff from the grain group. You'll want to toss in some fiber too if you load up on grains.

I was wondering if cream of wheat is considered eating grains. So, Thx, Colleen. What should I do with wheat germ ? Buy a jar and toss it in yogurt and ceral ? Is granola a grain ? Sometimes I get grains and nuts mixed up.But, I'm educating my way out of it.
Yes on the wheat germ. Sprinkle it on anything you want to. Granola uses oats so, that's good too.
