Apparently not hanging out here has caused you to forget how to read answers by others. Please refer to Bob/PKB's answer as she is the one who used it against another member but she didn't mean to cause commotion over it. So I guess this whole question can be let go now.

No. it did not seem malicious or insulting, just amusing and it felt like a joke that I was unable to understand.
