    Why am I being advised my Norton software has expired?

    The e-mail address supplied was incorrect and shoud be phillipdunnill247@btinternet.com.However this was a renewal and you have already debited my credit card with £54.99. Please can the Norton account be reinstated at no further cost?

        You shouldn't always trust emails
        For me I had that my Windows 7 was a glitch and that I got a free computer offer?
        It can be either a bug or spam
