What are the errors? If you ran a free scan, do not believe it. They just want you to buy their product by scaring you with a bunch of fake errors.

I was just sold a back up system by Microsoft because for some reason the Microsoft word that I paid for would not activate. I was then told that it was because of viruses in my computer. I already had two virus protection programs.
Contact Microsoft again for help with the virus's. I have a feeling you did not talk to Microsoft. I think you talked to a company pretending to be Microsoft. Call this number, it is Microsoft and they will help you with the virus's for free 866-727-2338
