    Where can I change or add to my pop-up blockers ?

    I've received messages to add an e-mail address so that the pop-up blocker would allow 


    certain things to go thru on items that I can not know receive.

      Tools (on your browser) > Options > Content tab > next to "Block pop up windows", see Exceptions, click it. Paste or type address of site you want pop ups to be allowed for, click Allow
