Yes it is legal as long as you can keep your bonnet down.

I don't think there are any laws regarding what clothes you wear when driving, but I am sure if Romos was wearing his kilt when riding a bike on a windy day the consequences would be serious.

It happen in Windsor, and I am shock,

That was probably Prince Harry cycling away from Windsor castle. He seems quite keen to get his kit off.

“trousers” is such a funny word.
Keep them trousers on, Hector. You could have a fender bender. People would gather round the scene of the accident and there you would be trouserless.

itsmee, 'trousers'is what Brits wear on their legs, and Americans call 'pants'. Pants to a Brit are a garment worn next to the skin under trousers. Our Scottish friends traditionally do not wear anything under their kilts.

I have heard that there is nothing worn under kilts but few of us have proof ... or need it. : D

This giving evidence, Itsmee, to why our mothers made sure we wore clean underwear, in case of a car accident, NOW it makes sense to me....

So therefore, a kilted Scotsman would have to make sure his tackle was clean.

Perfectly fine and as an added bonus you could even shop at Walmart.

    Not quite. :)

I do not think you could get charged for indecent exposure if you had underwear on.  You could be taken in for evaluation within the psyc ward, however.  If hauled into the court, hopefully evidence would not substantiate the charge!

Good question, try it let us know.

    This sounds a little wierd.

    hector5559

Well in this case it was very hot and stuffy,

Legal? Yes, and possibly confusing. That's why, even though I may be hot, I keep my pants on! Imagine going for "something else", instead of this: ""
