I am a "What's over there?" person.  I love to see what's down a road or around a corner.  Now, after seven years, my husband is as well.  We see all sorts of wonderful and curious things. :)

figtree, I don’t think it’s "off the wall". I believe it’s on the wall.

I'm intrigued by true crime, as well.  Read a lot of Ann Rule.

AM Radios. I haven't got an antique yet but I look forward to owning one.

My Dad's parents had an old 'Tombstone' style radio when I was young.

They didn't pay much attention to us but they allowed me to play that radio.

It still fascinates me, invisible radio signals. The weaker the signal, the better!

    Here's one beautiful example;

I like that crossley radio, the fretwork around the speakers, and the valves at the back, pentrode etc,the sound was much better then a transister radio,or should i say Wireless,

Are you talking about the Waltons Video, Hector? That's not a radio, it's a typewriter.

In my life I’ve lived in 34 houses - 28 since I’ve been married. If I see a For Sale or For Rent sign, I am compelled to go in and explore. One time I entered an empty house and an elderly man came in right behind me and I think he had a gun. I smiled really big and did a little tap dance for him.  Survived it. I’m really interested in haunted houses, Ever lived in one?

    doolittle

I've lived in 2. The little tiny town was full of them in all of the homes that were at least 175 y.o.

I’d love that doolittle. I believe all really old houses are haunted to some degree. We lived in one that was maybe 175 years old and the first night we slept there I had horrid nighmares. The murders continued until we moved out -- maybe 8 months.
Then we lived in a just-typical house where there had been a murder right before we moved in. A man had stabbed his wife’s lover while they were in the bed. Blood was alllll over the place. (I heard this from the neighbors) We didn’t find out about the murder for about 4 months. The neighbors all thought we knew. It was haunted all right. Just ask my kids. They picked up the haunting the strongest.
    doolittle

Yeah it was pretty cool..the second house had a pre-teen haunter- used to literally move stuff around the house & stuff would go flying off of the kitchen counters (I reverted to plastic glasses after about 7 glass ones were broken).
    itsmee

Right as teen years are about to start, the spooky stuff starts. Your ghostie was a little young. : )
    doolittle

I think he was murdered and I also think I know where he was buried. I never saw him but a roommate did- said he looked about 14 and was wearing clothes from the 40's
