It's called a Cubic Zirconia. Unfortunately, every single woman on this planet can tell the indistinguishable difference. Me, I see no difference.

that means a fake diamond. It's usually called a cubic zironium . No, that's a whole nother question for akaQA. What exactly is  cubic zirconium ? ........just faceted plastic ?
