      I am dyslexic as well.  You can do anything you want in your life time.  Reading definitely helps.

        What have you done to try and combat your dyslexia? My sister has it but took special courses. You can not tell she is dyslexic now. Check with your community college to see of there are any courses or programs you can take.

          Among other things, she was a truck driver, driving the big rigs. She's been retired for about 10 years now (retired early).

          Yes...go for it....One of the sisters I worked with was dyslexic....It means you have probs with words...doesn`t mean you can`t succeed!!..Get as much help as you can ...but who`s to say that you won`t make an excellent..nurse..cop....anything!!!:-)
