i paid 1 months on zooks and cant chat says i have to suscribe again why

Hi Colleen, really not po,d but would like to use Zoosk to find people, yet when I try to talk to someone,send an email or chat, it stops and saays youu must suscribe, well 4 days ago,I suscribed, was up annd toodling, then this morning it started doing the same again, so would like to c hat with people,, doews that help???

Well, we are akaQA and not associated with Zoosk. You will have to wait until their office is open I guess. You should use Skype, it's free.
