How was your garden this year? Did the drought wipe out your crop?

    No drought here either, Bus.

    Nice flowers, tomatoes, green peppers,

    mini-watermelons.

Only the cauliflower was a bust.

Already have my first batch of Italian stewed

    tomatoes sitting in the freezer.

    ????

This would depend on where in the world you are asking about. Here in my state, we had no drought.

No drought where I live. Had plenty of rain.

I hear that the US maize (corn) crop is much lower this year, so as this is mostly used for animal feed, expect higher meat prices next year.

My garden sprouted 100,000 weeds per square yard. So when this was an obvious run-a-way weed stampede I turned the area over to 25 chickens and they are in there constantly eating everything and producing many eggs with orange-red yokes.  Healthy and loving it.  Here in Yreka California, we had our usual two weeks of hot weather called Summer and now we are into cool mornings and in few days rains will begin. No drought here, lots of water but we do have to pump it thirty feet or so.

I was growing cacti before I moved (and asparagus I hand-watered....)............
