FROM: Bob Jones, District Superintendent
SUBJECT: Labor Day picnic
The Labor Day picnic has been rescheduled to begin at noon on Sunday, September 2, 2012. Sign ups for side dishes and desserts are available in all offices. Bring your own utensils and plates. Sodas and tri tip will be provided by the district.
John Franklin will be our chief barbecue guru. There will be a slow pitch baseball game at 3:30, and fireworks after sundown. Don't forget your sunscreen, swimsuit, and towel.
If you have any questions or need directions to the campground, please contact my secretary, Elsie, at extension 4689.
