    how do i find a free virus protection program for my computer?

    my computer takes really long to go to my regular site and to load after i sign in

      try these first because it may not be a virus slowing you down , make sure you are not running too many programs at once..

        You should have an anti-virus program and an anti-malware program on your computer. I suggest AVG, AVAST, or MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS for your anti-virus. I recommend MALWAREBYTES  for the anti-malware. All have free versions. Go to the below link for information.

            You are correct, but not because of their better software. They don't have these problems because the spammers target the much larger population of PC's. I do agree Macs are superior to PC's and I do use Linux OS, but some of us cannot afford to go Mac.....
