Be thankful the sound is not coming from your teeth.  That is highly inconveniant.

There could be something in your walls that is picking up radio transmissions.  Have it checked by a professional.

If you are hearing these sounds as you are dozing off, it could be your subconcious going on an adventure.  

... Or maybe you were a television host in a past life. 

 ... Or maybe, you are highly sensative to sounds and can hear things others can't hear.  If this is the case, you are unique.

This happens to me when I visit certain homes.  Why?  No clue.  Just try not to explain that you are dancing to music no one else hears- they will think you are nuts.

If you hear sounds no one else does, maybe you have exceptionally good hearing, or maybe you just think that only you hear it.

... maybe the couple in the next room are making the sounds, and are too "busy" to listen for sounds in the night!

Hearing sounds in your head? okay this can be caused by anxiety lets pretend this is not a mental health issue at all rather you are having problems seeing things as others do so you hear it.

I get bells in my ears all the time and can hear voices but this is my state of illusiveness where I make myself invisible, there was a time the doctor gave me a Kedamine infusion and I thought my ears were falling off , are you taking medications?

The walls how thick are they?

Do these sounds tell you things? Like you want to be a TV or Radio announcer when you grow up ?
