Did you use it before?
Maybe its blocked by the bank for reasons of balance, by lost and found because the got the number wrong, maybe the date or card number is wrong, whatever there is, seems to me it's time to give your bank a call.

i have just been in touch with my bank (santander)they have told me that my EBAY account was set up on the 24 july 20012. and they have told me that they have not refused my credit with you. ??
tontonads2012....Your credit card has nothing to do with this site,we are a question and answer site. Take your issue up with ebay.
