Yes scrap it .Send it on to Dowsa .I will pass it on to my "wife to stop her leaning over my shoulder "heavy breathing !! .When I start my first letter "P" .She is thinking them "woman thoughts again.

When you can afford it. Also,do not go for a computer with a brand new operating system right away. I'd wait about 8 months to find out what kind of bugs and issues it has. Remember Windows Vista? What a mess that was.
