    I have an iphone 4s on vodaphone contract i wan to unlock to gif gaff

      If you are on contract then you will have to wait until the contract runs out or pay the contract out.  Contact your provider... you can usually do that right through your phone.  I have a short three digit number that puts me in direct contact with my service provider.
