Hmmm...inside my belly are all sorts of cool things-intestines and an appendix......is it just the fat you want to lose or do you wish to lose it all? Quite frankly, being dis-emboweled doesn't look like a really good time to me- and you bet your bippy it'll kill you!

If your weight is "normal" for your height, age, and bone structure, and you exercise regularly and rationally but still have belly fat, you might want to look into a liposuction type procedure. Be really careful, though.
