      Yes, under 18 can drink Red Bull.  A good night's sleep would be more effective and less hazardous to your well-being, though.

        There is no restrictions on buying it here so, I guess they can. Don't know why anybody would drink it on purpose, I've never tried it.....

            Red Bull doesn't do a thing for me but give me a little bit of hope if I'm tired.  Kids shouldn't drink it. They don't need it and it's not good for them.
