I found this. One main dietary law taken from The Bible is also taken from Leviticus (11:3 and 11:7-8). Here The Bible says that man should eat “whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is clovenfooted, and cheweth the cud”. Man should not eat “the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.” This means that most animals can be eaten, such as cows, goats, and sheep because all these animals chew their cud.
In the Kosher dietary laws it does not make statement that the meat of a pig is unclean just that the meat of a pig is not Kosher. According to Muslim dietary law it does state that the Pig is the dirtiest animal on Earth and should not be eaten.
These dietary laws are derived from the same original source.
I could not find information on eating of pig flesh as a sin in Christianity. I imagine it would depend on how one lives within one's faith. A Jewish person is a Jew which is all encompassing and a complete lifestyle within the faith as is the Muslim within their faith.
Now you have me thinking. Good question.

Of the "beasts of the earth" (which basically refers to land mammals with the exception of swarming rodents), you may eat any animal that has cloven hooves and chews its cud. Lev. 11:3; Deut. 14:6. Any land mammal that does not have both of these qualities is forbidden. The Torah specifies that the camel, the rock badger, the hare and the pig are not kosher because each lacks one of these two qualifications. Cattle, sheep, goats, deer and bison are kosher.
This comes from the Kashrut: Jewish Dietary Laws which makes no mention of meat from a pig not being clean.
I have searched quite a few sites that say exactly the same thing.

I have never received a sliced pink ham in my entire life. I don’t know what it is, of course but never mind that. I will just take a plate, a knife, a fork, two slices of white bread, and mayonnaise.
Shall I make you a sandwich too?
My view on this is that it is a sin to eat pork when you intended to eat beef…or any thing other than pork. But if you intended to eat pork and did….it is not a sin. In the biblical period the definition of “sin” was an archery term meaning to miss the mark, target. Not accomplishing what had been chosen to do. Since that time there has been considerable variance in the originally intended meaning so as to satisfy the brutal dictates of vampirical priests and zealots who were bent on controlling the masses through fear and intimidation. Be grateful you live in a more enlightened age.
