The Weddell Seal, Leopard Seal, and Orca are the main predators of the Antarctic Cod.  ... And humans!

It makes great fish and chips, short supplies have it substituted with Haddock now.

I think it's these big trauller with nest and scooping everything of the bottom of the ocean floor So greedy people take more than there suppose to and leave nothing but scrap for the rest of us, than there are other animals living in the sea trying too servive of the cod and are so depleated which in turn starve the rest of the species and not given time to recover. Big corperation and money does all the talking.
