    Why does the federal government not get audited for their spending on supid stuff like teaching mokeys how to talk?

    We loan more money out on the backs of U.S. citizens and never ask for the loan back. There would be no def. If we had all the loans to other countries owed us we would not be hurting. The u.s. citizens can not supprt the worldon their backs. We are lucky we can support ourselves.

      They are teaching monkeys to talk in English because they refused for me to interpret for free!  (They did not like what they were hearing from them when I translated)

        Monkeys naturally don’t talk because are afraid they may be asked to work.
