I think this very controversial issue will remain a topic for discussion for many moons, we don't have the death penality here, but personally I think it would depend on the severity of the crime and all the circumstance, I think there are those that have commited such atrocities on others that they are beyond rehabilition, there are those that on release have proven that, and there are some that freely admit that

Personally, I favor the death penalty under specific circumstances and if it is applied fairly and expediously. However, I am not convinced it is.
