      Average out what you think an average person will eat and multiply by 90-100 people. You figure there are going to be those who will have extras of somethings and none of other things. It's a buffet, don't sweat it...that's the joy of a buffet. Nothing is set in stone!

        No cooking! just 20 lbs variety of cheeses; 10 variety of vegies; 5 loafs of bread; 10 boxes of crackers; 5 lbs various dips; 10 lbs various fruits i season, plenty of coctails; 10 botles of white wine; 10 bottles of red wines; 100 cans of cold beer.
