    can we detect what programs did we recently visited?

    like in a company that prohibits viewing any programs that are not useful in the company like viewing facebook.. can we detect or is the server of the companies internet connection detect that you break the prohibited rules..

    The company can detect what you have been up to, if they check the browsers history.

    Many companies can and do. When you are working, you have to remember that it it on their time and equipment that you would be doing this. Not every company or situation allows for this without it interfering with business.

    Being at WORK means that you are being paid to WORK, not play on the computer! Slacking off on your assigned jobs, could mean that you will soon be fired!  Then, you can stay home all day and do whatever you choose on your own time. Is that your goal? It doesn't pay much!
